“…So today is one of those blaa days were I feel like I am not all here. Almost like I am lost or very very tired and not to coherant. I don’t know why maybe the heat….I have been having realy bad swelling even while taking the duretics which causes so much aching in my legs that I think that that causes me to have a permanet grumpyness about me…”
